This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data when a person visits our website, registers for a demo, creates or uses a trial account, buys or uses a subscription, contacts support, or connects Skytex CRM with Google, Microsoft or other third-party services.
For customer CRM records and data entered into the service by a business customer, the customer is normally the data controller and Artogama UAB acts as a data processor. For account administration, billing, security, marketing to our own prospects and legal compliance, Artogama UAB may act as a data controller.
Account and contact data: name, business email, phone number, company name, role, login identifiers, tenant/domain information and administrator settings.
Demo, trial and subscription data: registration details, selected plan, order forms, billing information, invoices, payment status and service history.
Customer CRM content: leads, contacts, companies, notes, tasks, communications, files and other records that customers or users enter into Skytex CRM.
Google and Microsoft account data: data a user or administrator authorizes through OAuth or similar consent, such as profile/email identity, account ID, tenant ID, permissions/scopes and, where enabled, mail, calendar, contact or file metadata/content needed to provide the chosen integration.
Technical and usage data: IP address, browser, device, operating system, log events, feature usage, authentication events, security events, error reports and cookie or similar technology data.
Support and communication data: messages, attachments, call notes, diagnostics and feedback sent to us.
To provide, secure, maintain and improve Skytex CRM, including demo, trial, subscription, support and customer administration.
To authenticate users, manage accounts, process orders and payments, send service notices and respond to support requests.
To provide integrations chosen by the customer, including Google and Microsoft sign-in and optional CRM synchronization features.
To prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, malware, spam and other security incidents.
To comply with contracts, accounting, tax, legal and regulatory obligations.
To send product updates, service notifications and marketing communications where we have a lawful basis, such as legitimate interest for existing customers or consent where required. Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but service messages may still be sent.
Where GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract, steps before entering into a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing a B2B SaaS service, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
If a user connects Skytex CRM to Google or Microsoft, we access only the data and permissions authorized by the user or the customer administrator and only for the features requested. We do not sell Google or Microsoft user data. We do not use Google or Microsoft user data for unrelated advertising, and we do not use such data to train generalized AI models.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. For Microsoft integrations, we use Microsoft user and organizational data only to provide the requested authentication, CRM integration, synchronization, support, security and compliance functions.
Humans do not read Google or Microsoft email, calendar, contact or file content unless the user or customer specifically requests support for a particular issue, access is necessary for security or abuse investigation, access is required by law, or the data has been aggregated or anonymized for internal operations.
We share personal data only when needed to provide and operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and security, complete a business transaction, or with the customer’s instructions. Recipients may include hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, email and notification providers, payment processors, analytics/error-monitoring tools, support tools, professional advisers, public authorities where legally required, and integration providers such as Google or Microsoft when the customer enables those integrations.
Subprocessors must process personal data under appropriate confidentiality, security and data protection obligations. We remain responsible for our processors as required by applicable law. A current list of our main subprocessors is available on our website or upon request.
We may use necessary cookies for login, security and service operation, and optional analytics or preference cookies where permitted by law. Browser settings may allow users to block cookies, but some service functions may not work correctly without necessary cookies.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, logging, backups, monitoring and least-privilege practices. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Customers must protect their own accounts, passwords, devices, users and integrations.
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, manage the account, meet legal/accounting duties, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and maintain security records. Customer CRM content is retained during the subscription and deleted or made available for export after termination according to the Terms and any order form or data processing agreement. Demo and trial data may be deleted or anonymized earlier than paid subscription data, typically within 30 days after the demo or trial period ends, unless the user converts to a paid subscription. Some backup, audit, billing or legal records may be retained for a limited period where required or permitted by law.
We are based in Lithuania and may use service providers located in the European Economic Area or other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we use safeguards required by applicable data protection law, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures.
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or receive a copy of personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting support@skytexcrm.com. Business customer users should normally contact their employer or account administrator first for requests relating to CRM content. Requests can also be sent to support@skytexcrm.com.
Individuals in the EEA may contact their local supervisory authority. In Lithuania, this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Skytex CRM is a business service and is not intended for children or personal household use. Users must be legally able to use business software services under applicable law and customer policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website or notified through the service where appropriate. Continued use after an update means the updated policy applies, unless applicable law requires separate consent.
